Channels

Continue a thread on Telegram, answer simple asks there, and get updates in Slack.

A channel continues a thread somewhere else. It points back to the thread; it is not a second home and not a separate agent.

#Telegram

Link a Telegram chat to a thread. Messages you send there go into the thread, and Atoi replies there. Menu actions show status, tasks, and simple approvals. Low-risk approvals resolve in Telegram; anything consequential sends you back to Atoi so you see the full context.

#Slack

Slack channels receive updates from Atoi. Replies in Slack are not read yet, so a delivered update is one way. This is separate from a Slack connection, which lets Atoi read your workspace.

#Delivery state

Each delivery is sent, delivered, failed, skipped, or unrecorded. Failures stay visible so that silence is never mistaken for success. After you fix a channel, send a test.

#The thread is the record

Open the thread for the full transcript, asks, task state, and receipts. A channel is a continuation, not the source.
